After a housefire I reached out to some contractors and well-known restoration companies. From the start Brandon at SERVPRO – Tarzana/Reseda was a mile better than everyone else. The process with the insurance and their high-pressure and dishonest vendors was a nightmare. Going through this unfortunate situation, it was refreshing to hear Brandon assure us that things would be okay and that he would do his best to get us back in our home in a timely manner. He was very honest and upfront about the challenges and issues that we might encounter. Brandon is highly experienced in the industry, and he truly made the process much easier on us. He was quick in providing us with a thorough quote and showing us how he would make sure our home was back to normal. SERVPRO was hired by our insurance company after we discovered a leak under house upon returning from a 10 day vacation.  The leak was repaired and then SERVPRO went to work.  They were professional, accommodating, efficient, friendly and communicated well, explaining what they were doing each step of the way.  They dealt with our concerns.  Particularly helpful were Matthew, Marisol and Casey.  Even the boss, Brandon, showed up and did some significant hands on, delicate, work!  We could not be more pleased!

Our roof leaked into 3 bedroom ceilings during the last rain storm, very stressful. During the rains they sent over an emergency tarp service to stop the leak. After the rain stopped they came right away to provide an assessment of the water damage. Mathew and Clayton were great at communicating every step of the way. They set up containment for the removal and sanitation. They cleaned up everything so well, I was so impressed and thankful. SERVPRO will definitely be my first phone call if I ever have another situation.

You never think you will need a company like SERVPRO, until you do. I was very lucky to have gotten this office (thanks Diane) and the lead person, Collin. My insurance sent them over, so I did not know who would be arriving. They were patient, calm, and knowledgeable. Communication was great and clear. SERVPRO was great. My unit was leaking from my bathtub into the unit below me for weeks. Called SERVPRO to get some help. They came out right away with all their tools to fix the problem. I cannot say enough good things about SERVPRO. I recently bought a building and had some water damage.  It started in the bathroom on the 3rd floor and spilled over to the 2nd floor and the garage on the 1st floor. SERVPRO came out to review the damage and provided me with a ballpark that night and a quote the next day. It took about 3-4 days before everything was dried out and cleaned. 

What impressed me the most were the people. First there was Casey in the office. She was friendly and very responsive. Clark who gave me the initial estimate was knowledgeable about what needed to be done and he walked me through how it would be done and how long it would take. Chris and George were great. Chris was there on a daily basis letting me know how things were progressing. Then when the process was done Chris and George made sure they left everything as clean as possible. I hope I never have water damage again, but if I do, at least I know who I will call.

I had extensive water damage and Fredy from the beginning, was extremely professional, knowledge and 5 steps ahead of the project at all times. Tim Nolan was extremely thorough, hard working and did an immaculate job.  I had a 10 ft granite counter top that needed to be removed and I didn't think it was humanly possible to remove it without some cracking/chipping.  Tim removed it without any damage/chipping, wow Tim!!
