Our response time is usually far faster than our one-hour guarantee.

4: Four Hours: If you need our immediate assistance for an emergency, we promise to be on-site at your location within 4 hours of notification to start the mitigation process. Again, we are usually much quicker than our 4- hour promise. SERVPRO of Woodland Hills takes great pride in going the extra mile and providing excellent customer service.

8: Eight Hours: Within 8 hours, we promise to provide you and your insurance company or adjuster a scope of the damage and a plan of action outlining our mitigation recommendations. We understand how communication is key throughout the mitigation process.
